Stopped by Whole Foods for lunch at the salad bar. I had a mixture of things so I can't pinpoint what it was exactly but 30 mins after I was done eating I started feeling nauseous followed by the runs 6 times.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea

I was rushed to the hospital for a severe asthma attack considering this is the closest i ended up here after my x ray i was given a turkey sandwich on whole wheat turnes out an hour later i puked everywhere and i had samonella from the sandwich being tainted it i was throwing up for 5 days  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

Ate there on Thursday night. Had chowder and then trout special. Felt bloated and ill within 15 minutes of meal. Stomach pains and diarrhea through to bedtime followed by vomiting.
