I dont normally stop off or eat at McDonalds but I had an early morning meeting decided to get a breakfast sandwich for McDonalds worse thing ever within a few hours I was totally sick with chills fever Nausea and vomiting.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Chills

I ate 3 street tacos Sunday night around 10pm. 2 pm the next day I started feeling nauseous and through up at 330. I was in pain all day and extremely drousy with head aches. I still am sick today.  | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache
