Saturday April 21st I ordered sino chicken nuggets and immediately after de 5th one I started with pain and diarrhea. It’s subday today and I’m still in bed with pain and diarrhea. I can’t drive cause I live alone and I’m so dizzy  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Dizziness

Mutton varuval. Made me sick, got diarrhea, bedridden for 3 days. Contacted city health and the identified couple issues with food handling. The restaurant owner was argumentative about the issue and took 7 weeks for refund  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever

I order two 4for4 one with a crispy chicken sandwich The other with a jr bacon burger when I got home I ate the crispy chicken sandwich n my brother ate the buyer after 10 mins I started to feel pain In my stomach started to throw up its now 5:51an still throwing up  | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
