Had the bacon gouda breakfast sandwich. Immediately after I had stomach pains, but about 4 hours later came the vomiting. I threw up 7 times in a row and then had diarrhea - absolutely terrible. This was the only thing I had to eat and was feeling perfectly fine right before.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain

After purchasing 3 mcdoubles.. Two for me and 1 for my brother.. We ate and the next morning I woke I spent the whole of my day vomiting and diarrhea while my brother had diarrhea majority of the day.. I'm still recovering and this was 3 days ago  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Vomiting

Got the Tender Tuesday. When I woke up the next morning I had sever abdominal pain with vomiting and diarrhea. I am 33 weeks pregnant so called the doctor and they told me with my symptoms it's food poisoning. My 2 year old daughter also woke up throwing up the Tender and has diarrhea.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting
