I did the order for f chicken and mushrooms soup on Tuesday 27. Of June around 11:28 am and I feel very bad vomit 🤢 and have diarrea and until today quite not well at all my stomach very very bad  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting

Chicken crunch roll. Ate at midday, felt nauseous and headache early evening, by night had terrible time on toilet and then vomited. Must have been the sushi as only other things I ate today were fruit, cake and crisps!  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Headache, Other

i had a costa coffee purchased in the store here today 23/06/2023,
I believe some ingredients in the coffee either milk or water made me develop food poisoning. I have a diarrhea and i am vomiting and feel very i’ll . Jam pretty sure it was the coffee -  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
