On the 16th of January i went to Trafford Centre. I ate at this place. Came home and few hours later i started having stomach cramps which were quiet bad along with nausea. Woke up on the 17th to have severe stomach pains /cramps diarrhea and vomiting. Now having to go A&E.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps, Stomach Pain

Today after lunch, The salad at lunch Just me out of table of 2 , nausea and stomach been very uncomfortable after 30 min 1h of eating ...needed fresh air ...vomit on side of road on my way home ...been in bed in pain for hours now still within stomach cramps and pain ... feeling very tired.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Cramps, Vomiting, Stomach Pain

An m&s duck wrap Bought a Chinese duck wrap from there on 6th September. It was the only food eaten all day so I know it was this. 9 hours after shivering, nausea and a fever started.
