I had a fallafel box. I noticed a larger that usual amount today liquid at the bottom but thought nothing of it. The symptoms started a couple of hours later while I was at work. It began with nausea, then heavy vomiting and diarheoa.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

Ate a boneless banquet for one (with gravy) at 2pm on a Friday, by 9pm I could not stop being sick every half an hour and more, plus diarreah and agonising stomach cramps. Severe dehydration after and symptoms 4 days after eating. Pharmacist confirmed it was 100% food poisoning.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Dehydration, Cramps
