i got the south african stack meal at about 9pm. by 1.30am i was having colds chills aches and pains, diarrhea and nausea and vomiting. all morning suffering with diarrhea and chills.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Chills

I had an oreo milkshake and spent the night running between the toilet and the sink/ on the floor in agony. Only recovered once there was nothing more to vomit and i had taken some pepto  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
