May 22 2022, I ate one muffin on 5/22 and almost immediately started feeling nauseous.  It got worse throughout the day. I didn’t eat anything else. By nightfall I was vomiting with diarrhea and 101degree fever and chills.  This continued all night  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Vomiting, Chills, Nausea

I had 3 bacon cheese krystals. Had stomach cramps for the rest of the day. Some point in the middle of the night I woke up with cold sweats, vomiting & diarrhea. The cramps have not stopped at all. It is noon the next day & I’m still vomiting and having diarrhea.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Other, Cramps, Sweating
