Friend and I ate at the Fort Smith Arkansas Olive Garden for lunch around 2:30 pm on July 25, 2016. She got sick a couple hours later and I got sick last night. Chills, vomiting. We both had mixed drinks with our meal, both had salad, she had a dish with chicken and zucchini, I had lasagna.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Chills

Purchased it around 10 am and took it home. I live 2 miles away and put in refrigerator. Fixed it for supper per directionshare about 6:30pm. By 7:30pm I was nauseous and cramping and began severe vomiting and diarrhea about 9 pm which continued until about 8am.… See more
