Ate dinner at Black Tap, Saturday evening between 530pm-630pm. Everyone at the table had a burger, while I got the Burger Salad. No one else got sick. 4-5 hours after dinner I was having horrible diarrhea and vomiting every hour for the next 7 hours.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Chills
