Ordered the chicken sandwich #7 with fries and a milkshake. After going to bed and sleeping 6/7 hours I Spent the next few hours with nausea which turned into extreme diarrhea for a couple of hours off and on the n finally vomiting everything in my stomach for about a minute.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
