The hotdogs. I'm still trying to recover. Sunday May 22, 2022 , I had two chicago dogs then began getting ill that evening I began getting nauseous then vomiting, diarrhea, with a severe headache . I'm on day two with no relief yet. Last meal I ever purchase from here  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache

Went on 5/13/22 630 ish pm. Was fine till about 15 minutes after eating. Was in the bathroom the whole night and it’s Sunday now and I’m still not feeling well. Called and spoke with the general manager and she did nothing but say get better  | Symptoms: Diarrhea

Monday, May 8th 2022 at 1pm, ate a poke bowl with scallops, shrimp, ahi tuna, avocado, white rice, spicy mayo, poke sauce, fried onions, sesame seeds, seaweed salad. Roughly 2 hours later, violent vomiting and diarrhea, often simultaneously. Also excessive sweating and cold chills  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Chills, Sweating
