Around 6 pm I ate a steak and some sides from there, immediately had to use the restroom and got sulfur burbs, went to sleep and didn’t think nothing of it, then woke up at midnight and started throwing up and having diarrhea  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting

I ate here on 4/8/2021. Been very sick. Diarrhea since then and body feels weak and vomiting Thursday night then Friday my body was warm. I haven’t ate anything else this day. It was only this. And I’am still hurting.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Weakness

Cajun chicken pasta I got my pick up to go order for family at 8pm March 4th. And then at about 11pm my stomach became nauseous and diarrhea and then at about 3am now i began throwing up. I had the cajun chicken pasta and the potato soup.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

I’ve eaten a fair amount of this in my day and have never had any problems. I had it for Lunch and am currently having the most violent diarrhea of my life. If I had to put money on what part of my meal caused it, I would probably go with the guacamole add on.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea
