I went to eat with 2 other people. It was 3 of us total. The food was fine at first, but after an hour, my stomach began to cramp and I started to feel sick. I fell asleep, but I woke up to extreme nausea, the food could not sit in my tummy.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps

diarrhea almost all day. This is my second time experiencing this eating here but I probably won’t be back for a very long time. I don’t know what it is that makes me sick here. I’m just trying to stay hydrated because I’ve lost so much fluid. [UPDATE] 2 days later: I feel better and I would like to add that once you start to feel a lil better take 2 tablespoons of Apple Cider Vinegar in a glass of water to help settle your stomach and it will help you out a lot.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Dehydration

had access to a restroom… I had blood enclosed in clear jelly-like excretion. The feeling of needing to use the restroom every time I drink water or any small amount of food was annoying. Wiping after going number two was scary since there would be bloody print each time. Sometimes, only jelly-like clear substance w/ blood enclosed was excreted.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Bloody Stool
