I purchased a large 25 piece for a large group. My wife and i had 1 piece of chicken each but shared 1 sauce. Both are extremely sick within 12 hrs  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache

Ate an order of carnitas tacos from chipotle, and woke up the next day with a very high fever, nausea and severe GI distress. The meal at chipotle was the only meal I had eaten separately from the rest of my family, who didn’t get sick, so it seems very clear Chipotle was the culprit  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Fever
