My husband and I ordered baby back ribs 9/3/2023 from Applebees. We ate around 6 and I started having a cramps stomach around 8 or 9pm and continued throughout the night and I started vomiting and having diarrhea and headaches. My husband is experiencing the same symptoms.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps, Headache

Ordered Matcha tea latte. First sip treated very wrong. Very bitter, like perfume or some other chemical. About 90min later, after some stomach discomfort, I got diarrhea and am feeling lightheaded/short of breath.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Lightheaded, Stomach Pain, Shortness of Breath

After eating Cool Whip I had stomach pains and finally vomited after having the pain for a couple of hours. It happened twice.
