On August 13th, 2018 at 3:30pm. I ate a plain double double just meat and cheese with a small fries. Three hrs later I experienced severe symptoms, vomiting, diarrhea, and upset stomach. Symptoms lasted 48 hrs.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting

I ate a double double with onion, musturd and ketchup, i ate at about 5pm and started feeling queezy at about 9 pm, i just vomited and in n out came out, still feel queezy,  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
