Drank two glasses of water (this is what I think it was), an English muffin, two pancakes w/ syrup, and fries shared with a friend. We sat after eating for about 45 minutes, and symptoms began as I was paying. I dropped my friend off and about 25 minutes after paying I got very sick.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea

I ate the barbecue chicken salad on the evening of 3/09/17 and 2 hours later I was suffering from violent vomiting followed by diahrrea throughout the whole night. 3 days to recover.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
