Had combo shrimp and chicken plate and spring roll. 10pm at night then next day around 11am i had chills, vommitted, extreme lethargy.
Never will i got again  | Symptoms: Other, Vomiting, Chills

My wife and I went there, where we had the UNI pasta. Tasted good, but our whole family got sick after consuming the pasta. I contacted the corporate office and filed a report with them, now doing a follow up with this site.  | Symptoms: Nausea
