On Friday around 6pm I ordered and ate a Club sandwich that had lettuce in it and got diarrhea with cramps and a slight fever later that night and the entire next day  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Cramps

I ordered a seabreze smoothie at this location , couple hours later I threw up 7 times and felt very dizzy I had a migraine. Never felt this way before . I'm not sure how I got so sick from a smoothie  | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Dizziness, Migraine
