Ate chicken sandwich for dinner last night at 5pm. Woke up at 3 am vomiting and diarrhea and continued this all night every hour and half. I feel horrible! I have plans today! I'll never eat wendys again!  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

Had the orange chicken with jalapeño poppers from their deli on Monday afternoon 1/23/17 by that night I wa cramping and by next morning I was full blown food poisoned.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Vomiting

Pregnant and ate a chicken wrap come to find out it was not fully cooked was in the hospital for severe dehydration. Received four bags of fluid in six hours two of which contained just saline the other two glucose. Almost went into preterm labor because of this.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Dehydration
