I ate an RX bar blueberry then immediately got sick thought it was from something else, however a week later i ate the chocolate one and same exact thing, stomach pain chills náusea and diarrhea. Got the pack from Costco throwing them away  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills

My boyfriend and I got deliver from here 2/13 and my boyfriend started off extremely sick that night and me the next night. Not sure if something is going on with chicken right now but we were sick for 4 days each  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache
