Ate lunch and got violently ill later that evening.  2 of us hot very sick. Hit us both about 6-7 hours after we ate. We know no one else with these symptoms, not at work or anyone else we’ve come In Contact with.   | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

I believe it was a garden burger. Another person in our party was sickened by the nighttime. Could be the griddle or an employeee? Had a garden burger for lunch, was vomiting with diarrhea after bed.
