I had the Mediterranean Quinoa Almond salad with Greek dressing. 2 hours later I had diarrhea and waves of nausea. Hot and shaking. I couldn't throw up though. I ended up going to the ER about 3 hours after symptoms started and got an IV and Zofran.… See more
