Double cheeseburger & small chocolate frosted. Within 1 hour had vomiting & diarreah. Has not stopped yet. If does not stop within the hour will seek med attention  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting

I think I need to go to the hospital for an IV. I haven't stopped throwing up or using the bathroom since early yesterday evening. My temperature is over 100 but I had to write this to warn others. I ate 2 Chicken Chalupas and a beef taco on tuesday April 25th, 2017 from the location on South Federal Highway and Se 17th Street around 2pm. I had diarrhea starting at 4pm and it is now 4 days and still have it.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea
