Purchased Ventera Chicken Parmesan from Costco around mid November. Instructions read consume or freeze before December 15. Consumed December 4. Became nauseated and threw up the meal. Went to the checkers on edgewood and it resulted in vomiting, chills, nausea, pain, etc. Days of these symptoms that are just now dying down. I'll never go back. I ended up being rushed to the hospital.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Chills

I ate a turkey leg from them at the fair here in Jacksonville FL on 11/10/25. I started feeling sick. I went to the restroom and immediately started throwing up and feeling dizzy!  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Chills, Headache, Dizziness
