Ordered a chicken burrito to-go but they mistakenly gave me a beef burrito which I didn't like but I ate it anyways because I was starving & I was already back home when I noticed .. now I'm on my 3rd of food poisoning.. sick with diarrhea,vomiting & a fever :(  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

Two of us ate eggs and pancakes. I was hospitalized for 4 days - blood in stool, violent pain and diarehea which utimately let to an acute colitis attack. My granddaughter was treated at the ER and release after IV meds.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
