Chalupa from there I ate 2 chicken chalupa supremes for lunch today, April 27th around 2 pm ET. I became sick around 7 pm with bad stomach pains. Then it led to severe nausea, gas, belching, and diarrhea in the later part of the evening.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Stomach Pain, Gas, Burping
