Cauliflower rice bowl with salmon, I ate the food and an hour later i had to go to the bathroom. My stomach was tight. Stool came out as diarrhea. 20-30 minutes i had to go to the bathroom again. More diarrhea. 15 minutes after that same thing happened.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea

I ordered chicken nuggets and French fries around 1:00pm on Sunday, 1-13-19 from Wendys. Around 10pm all of these symptoms started: diarrhea, nausea and vomiting. Still in the process of recovery.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

August 28th purchased rancid egg salad from the deli. Became deathly ill at 3 am and eventually went to ER. Notified Publix and they basically said I have no proof it was their egg salad.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
