I ordered chicken nuggets and French fries around 1:00pm on Sunday, 1-13-19 from Wendys. Around 10pm all of these symptoms started: diarrhea, nausea and vomiting. Still in the process of recovery.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

August 28th purchased rancid egg salad from the deli. Became deathly ill at 3 am and eventually went to ER. Notified Publix and they basically said I have no proof it was their egg salad.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

Ate a Big Mac and single quarter pounder with cheese sandwiches along with a coke. A few hours later I started vomiting followed by stomach cramps and then nausea along with the cramps lasting 24 hours.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps
