Today, around noon, I ate 4 food samplers here. I got an itchy throat and became very dizzy. Two hours after, severe stomachache, then I started vomiting (4 times) and watery diarrhea, still feeling very sick.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Something else, Dizziness, Stomach Pain, Itching

Yesterday ... went to urgent care and then ER today. Not positive, but I ate lucky charms yesterday and someone told me about the potential recall It was very painful. Alot of bloating. ER did CT and found enteritis ... probably from something I ate.
