Husband and I both had chicken fajita quesadilla, chips with the queso and salsa. Within 10 mins of finishing our dinner we both vomited. I first felt overly full then felt a little faint before throwing up.  | Symptoms: Vomiting

Well, I ate a mcdouble, a small order of fries, a large sweet tea drink, and a side of their big mac sauce. Maybe they had onions that were also on recall, like most are nationwide at this time I ate the food at around 8pm Saturday night.
