I visited Panera Bread around 8pm on 4/24/18. I ordered a half Mediterranean salad with bread & a soba noodle bowl with edamame. I have been sick since 2am with throwing up, and diarrhea. It's now 9am and I'm still sick.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

Ordered a spicy chicken sandwich around 11:30am Sunday, got home and the sandwich tasted "metallic". I assumed it was from the wrapper. I took maybe 5-6 bites and couldn't finish it. I ate a Vito sub around 9:50 pm, and the next day I had sharp stomach pain, dizziness, tiredness, fever, shivering, I threw up 11 times, and had diarrhea 8 times, now I just woke up and I feel blood rushing down my head, I have a fever but I'm still shivering.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Dizziness, Stomach Pain

Had their 60cent boneless wings and I knew it tasted a little off but I just thought it was different type of oil they used to fry the wings. Few hours after eating stomach started turning, had diarrhea, and vomited the next morning. Feel better after vomiting but I still have diarrhea.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting
