I visited Panera Bread around 8pm on 4/24/18. I ordered a half Mediterranean salad with bread & a soba noodle bowl with edamame. I have been sick since 2am with throwing up, and diarrhea. It's now 9am and I'm still sick.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

Ordered a spicy chicken sandwich around 11:30am Sunday, got home and the sandwich tasted "metallic". I assumed it was from the wrapper. I took maybe 5-6 bites and couldn't finish it. Became sick 6pm later that day. It's Tuesday and I still have not fully recovered  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

Had their 60cent boneless wings and I knew it tasted a little off but I just thought it was different type of oil they used to fry the wings. Few hours after eating stomach started turning, had diarrhea, and vomited the next morning. Feel better after vomiting but I still have diarrhea.  | 症状: 腹泻, 呕吐

我的两个孩子吃了 Quarter Pounders，两个孩子整夜都在呕吐，腹痛极端，腹泻。大约 20 小时后，他们仍然处于极度疼痛之中，无法忍住任何东西，发烧和头晕。如果症状没有改善，我们可能需要寻求医疗帮助。他们是我们家庭中唯一吃过 Quarter Pounders 的人，没有其他人（另外 4 个人）有任何症状。
