Not sure I ate a triple cheeseburger with bacon and pickles and a 10 piece chicken nugget with fries and a large fruit punch drink. Not even 20 minutes into eating my food my stomach began to grumble and hurt and I had to rush to the bathroom I hadn’t even finished my food yet.
Today  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Stomach Pain

Visited around 5-5:45 PM on the 18th, got 2 sausage egg and cheese mcgriddle, 2 buttermilk crispy chicken sandwich and a 6 piece nugget meal for my 3 year old. My daughter had severe stomach cramps within a few hours of eating it and could not sleep… See more
