Violently ill a few hours after eating a grilled chicken club sandwich, potato salad, and some small baked potato with cheese. Also had some peach iced tea but not a lot as it didn’t taste right to me.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
