My Wife and son both sampled one of the free sample items that my daughter and I did not. That was the only thing different that we all ate yesterday. It was an english muffin with jelly sample.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, Headache

Onset: Less than 4 hours
Duration: other: Still suffering
Sick: 2 people
Additional information: Don’t want anyone else to get sick! We feel horrible

Suspected source: Pizza rolls
Onset: Right away
Duration: 4 to 12 hours
Additional information: I ate some tostinos pizza rolls and immediately started expecting stomach cramps and diarrhea. The next day the symptoms persisted.
