5 year old son got severely sick after eating here. Likely candidate was the buffet's Mac n cheese. Ped had to prescribe anti-vomiting medication it was so bad.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Vomiting

My daughter handed me her chocolate milk while crying that it was nasty. I looked inside the milk container and there was chunks of mold floating around. She was up all evening vomiting. This is not good for an 18 month old she already has respiratory health issues.  | Symptoms: Vomiting

Sausage pizza yesterday, it was leftover. Woke up and had vomiting, diarrhea, dry heaving, and just general exhaustion. This location was 4901 West Washington Street, Indianapolis, Indiana 46241. I won't call the manager, I won't do anything. I'll just simply avoid this trash heap.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

I had fried green tomatoes and my boyfriend had the donut burger, i had diarrhea and vomiting before we left, my boyfriend had both once we got home. Still vomiting today. will never eat fair food again  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
