I had an uptown salad with grilled chicken for lunch the next day my stomach was not feeling well all day it was as gurgling and I had very bad pain. When I got home from work I threw up over 20 times with watery diarrhea.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
