Grilled chicken caused me to throw up 14 times, threw up the chicken the first time, then every few minutes i would throw up bile. After 8 times I went to hospital, throwing up blood on the way to the hospital. Never will eat chick fil a again.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Chills, Headache, Bile

Got a whopper using rewards points, was all I had to eat for about 16 hours prior to symptoms, started with painful stomach cramps and nausea, started to get a fever and headache a few hours later, followed by diarrhea.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache
