Started yesterday after eating Market Side salad from Walmart mixed with Great Value frozen Tilapia, Assuming the tilapia, it was consumed again today and symptoms returned  Stomach cramps associated with diarrhea   | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Cramps

lettuce or orange peppers I ate them both  on 2 days in a row . Explosive diarrhea 1/2 to 2 hours after. Not willing to rate the rest of the pepper or more of the lettuce to figure which is the problem. I washed everything before eating!… See more

We bought premium salad mix from Walmart two days ago. First my fiance had diarrhea all day yesterday, now my mother in law is throwing up, diarrhea and nauseated with a fever so bad she can get out of bed.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
