I got a #11 With lettuce peppers and pickles like I usually do at work for lunch. By 5 am the next day I had diarrhea that didn’t stop and throwing up violently. Could not go to work. Everything else I ate in the last couples days was shared and no one else got sick.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

Ham lunch meat, Only one person but he was the only one to eat it. Symptoms began approximately 2 hours after eating. Went to emergency room 2 days later when symptoms worsened. Vomiting diarrhea first day. Blurred vision, confusion, memory loss, followed. Still suffering from it. Going… See more

December 16th, 2016 I had French fries and an orange Hi-C. I had felt completely fine that day until about an hour after eating. I was violently ill the entire night and into the next day.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
