My last meal was march 22nd at 12pm. I got off work and grabbed nuggets from them at around 11pm almost 11hours later. So it could not be anything else, i woke up throwing up and now i have a lot more issues. ate some Ben and Jerry's yesterday (fudgy flan) and in an hour I was vomiting, shivering, and was unable to keep any fluids down overnight.
