I ate an egg Mcmuffinwith a hash brown and acup of coffee around 10 am around 2 pm I started feeling nauseous and had to go to the restroom. The nausea and indigestion was still with me throughout the weekend. I continued to burp. Stomach feel uneasy.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Burping

Me, my husband, my son, and a family friend got some of the new taco burritos today. All of us have been very sick since shortly after eating it. Will be going to urgent care in the morning.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

I had a turkey sandwich with cheese and avocado. I believe it was the turkey because it was the only part of the sandwich I could recognize when I threw it up after having crazy diareeah.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
