Ate dinner on February 14, 2018, about 7:00pm. Had a philly steak with onions, mayo, and lettuce. Stomach started churning and cramping before 9:00 that night. I ordered through the drive through on Tuesday 1/10/17. I got the power menu chicken burrito. I got violently ill a few hours later. I'm very weak and sick still.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Weakness
