Sun aft had creamed filled donut with chocklate icing which I think was very old. Very, very bad vomiting. Diaherea Monday evening and all,night. Called MD who gave me anti vomiting med.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

Ordered Cobb Salad with Flank Steak and brussel sprouts..meat was very red and brussel sprouts extremely salty. Had to ride back home to Pittsburgh vomiting all the way..horrible!!  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting

Bang bang shrimp. 3 hours later. Only thing i had eaten that day other than bread. No allergies to seafood. I will admit it was actually a very tasty meal. Staff was professional.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

Ate Tom yum soup, noodles, and curry dishes. Wife and I both got sick later that evening or overnight. Dizzy, faint, nauseous, diarrhea, low grade fever. Mostly better within 24-48 hours. Food consumed on evening Friday January 19 2018.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Dizziness
