Got a Baconator from Wendy's in Oxon Hill. About 2 hours after, I got diarrhea and nausea. It is now the next day, and I still feel terrible. I know it was the sandwich, because my husband ate food from home and my son had nuggets from Wendy's.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea

We had DoorDash delivery from our Taco Bell in Bel Air Maryland yesterday. I had the loaded nachos. I woke up at 7:00 with a stomach ache nausea. I spent most of today in and out of the bathroom either going to the toilet or vomiting. Not eating from there again. My husband was fine.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
