Ordered food last night around 11:30 pm woke up around 5am to severe stomach pain in the bathroom for a good 20-25 minutes still experiencing stomach pain  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain

I went to Taco Bell on Garfield road in Clinton Township, MI during break today at 11:30 am Got Mexican pizza and by 3 pm I started feeling like I had to throw up and use the bathroom.
