I ate a spicy chicken sandwich around 7:00 last night. I was up all night with an upset
stomach, I stood up to go to the bathroom felt lightheaded then nauseous, then vomited. It was a very unpleasant acidic vomit around 1 in the morning. Then I had diarrhea when I went downstairs after vomiting . | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Lightheaded
